Fair and Rodeo Dates:
Thursday, April 8 - Sunday, April 18, 2027
Move-in:
Tuesday, April 6, 2027 starting at 8:00am (Trailer vendors only)
Wednesday, April 7, 2027 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, all vehicles must be off grounds by 3:00pm. Set-up must be completed by 4:00pm on Thursday, April 8, all vehicles must be off grounds by 4:00pm.
Tear-down and Move-out:
Not before 12:01am on Monday, April 19 and must be completely off grounds by 4:00pm on Monday, April 19.
Commerical Exhibit Application Deadline:
Monday, December 7, 2026 by 5:00pm
Electricity:
**ONE 110V plug is included with each booth**
All additional electricity and tent (trailer vendors only) needs MUST be coordinated with Houston Tents and Events via their order form. Overnight power will not be provided. No outside tents will be permitted for use on the grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IMPORTANT:
If your application is accepted/approved, an email of confirmation, Contract and Lease Agreement, insurance information, and Indemnity Form will be sent to you by Friday, December 18 at 5:00pm.
Once you are approved, the executed contract, proof of insurance, release of liability and indemnity agreement, and full payment MUST be submitted to the Fair Office by Friday, January 15, 2027 at 5:00pm. Payment WILL NOT be accepted with your application, NO EXCEPTIONS.
By completing this application, I understand that I will be required to provide proof of insurance listing the Montgomery County Fair Association as additional insured if selected to participate
